These terms govern your use of the PistonsPrint website and any purchase you make. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Who we are

This site is operated by PistonsPrint (a sole proprietorship of Kirill Badikov), Gabela BB, Risan 85337, Montenegro, contact orders@pistonsprint.com.

The products

We sell printed automotive artwork. Our prints are original illustrations and artistic representations of vehicles — they are not manufacturer-endorsed and are made for personal display. Because screens vary, the colours you see online may differ slightly from the printed result.

Pricing, offers & discounts

• Prices are shown in USD (US Dollars) and may change without notice; the price at checkout is the price that applies.
• Promotional codes (including quiz-completion discounts) are limited to one use per customer, non-transferable, cannot be combined with other discounts, and expire as stated at the time of the offer.
• Discounts never stack — only the single best applicable discount is applied to your order. The order of precedence is: 5+ prints = 35% off; 4 prints = 33%; 3 prints = 30%; 2 prints = 25%; a single print shipping to a country we've never shipped to before = 15% (first-flag welcome); a single print that is part of today's Daily Drop or your quiz result = 10%; otherwise regular price. Where more than one could apply (for example, a first-flag order that also qualifies for a multi-print discount), we automatically apply whichever saves you the most and show the others as superseded.
• We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by them, with a full refund.

Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send you a confirmation or dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, suspected fraud or stock issues) and will refund any payment taken.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor over a secure, encrypted connection. We don't store your card details.

Shipping, returns & cancellation

Delivery, returns, and your right to cancel are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms. Prices shown are for the print itself; any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country on cross-border orders are the recipient's responsibility unless we state at checkout that they're included.

Intellectual property

All artwork, designs, text, and the site itself are owned by PistonsPrint and protected by law. Buying a print gives you the right to display it personally — not to copy, resell, reproduce, or use it commercially.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to breach security, scrape data, defraud the quiz/discount system, or interfere with other users.

Disclaimers & liability

We provide the site "as is" and do our best to keep it accurate and available, but can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro, and disputes are subject to its courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised version.
