Your data, plainly
Privacy Policy
Last updated · 16 June 2026
This policy explains what personal data PistonsPrint collects, why, and the rights you have over it. We keep data collection to what we actually need to run the shop and follow up with people who ask us to.
Who we are
PistonsPrint (a sole proprietorship of Kirill Badikov), Gabela BB, Risan 85337, Montenegro, contactable at orders@pistonsprint.com, is the controller responsible for your personal data.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your first name and email address (e.g. when you take our quiz or join our list), and — if you order — your shipping address and order details.
- Quiz responses: the answers you choose and the result they produce, so we can show your result and tailor relevant offers.
- Technical data: your IP address and approximate location (country/region), device and browser type, and how you use the site.
- Payment data: handled by our payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers.
Why we use it (and our legal bases)
- To fulfil your order and provide customer support — performance of a contract.
- To send marketing emails about your result, offers, and new drops — only with your consent, which you can withdraw anytime.
- To run and protect the site (analytics, fraud prevention, country-based eligibility for launch offers) — our legitimate interests.
- To meet legal obligations such as tax and accounting record-keeping.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, under contract:
- Payment processor: 2Checkout (Verifone); payouts handled via Payoneer
- Print & fulfilment partner: Printify (print-on-demand production and shipping)
- Analytics: Google Analytics
- Email/marketing platform: none currently in use
Cookies & tracking
We use essential cookies to run the site and analytics cookies where you allow them. You can control cookies through your browser and any consent banner we display.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside Montenegro or the European Economic Area (EEA). Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above — marketing data until you unsubscribe, and order data for as long as required by tax and accounting law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your data; object to or restrict certain processing; and withdraw consent at any time. EU/EEA residents may also complain to their local data-protection authority; in Montenegro, the supervisory authority is the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information (AZLP). To exercise any right, email orders@pistonsprint.com.
Children
Our store isn't directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above will change when we do.
